(We always respond to email within 48 hours, except for new moon/star party weekends. Like most popular web sites, our hosting company employs strong SPAM filters to cut out the junk mail. If you don't get a reply within 48 hours, PLEASE re-send your message, with a different title. Messages without titles or with one word titles, seem to often get cut. If the date on your computer is wrong, your email may become buried in the past and go unnoticed. If you have sent two emails with no reply, please just give us a call. Thank you for your understanding.)

We are located 15 minutes outside of the Detroit Metro Airport. You can easily fly in, rent a van or SUV and drive your new scope home. Those coming to pick up their new scope in person can expect a handshake, a personal instructional run through, and a meal.

THE FINE PRINT:

All items are priced in United States Dollars. Webster Telescopes is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions, mistakes can and do happen. We reserve the right to constantly change and improve our designs (It's just our nature).

Please call or email for an invoice before sending payment. Checks can require 3-4 weeks to clear (why ?). We are currently not accepting Visa/MasterCard due to internet fraud.

Please do not send any correspondence by Registered Mail, Overnight Mail, FEDEX Overnight, or ANY special service requiring a signature. Those deliveries arrive at 9am and we do not open the shop until 12 noon. They will repeatedly try to deliver at 9am (apparently the morning drivers can't read the posted hours on our door), until the package is returned to sender. Our above address is in a commercial district, and there is no concern of mail being stolen. USPS, UPS and FEDEX Ground, are all handed directly to us in the afternoon.

We crate and ship worldwide (crating is additional, please call for a quote). Shipping prices are educated guesses, we make no profit on shipping - you pay the carrier directly.

Cancellations in order to move up in aperture are always welcome. Cancellations requiring refunds are charged 15% of the base price of the telescope. If for any reason we can not obtain optics to complete your telescope, your deposit will be cheerfully refunded.

You are welcome to use any information and pictures on our website for educational, review and discussion purposes. Please just remember to credit the source. If you are using a large portion (more than a few paragraphs), kindly let us know in an email.
